Paris-Honotel is continuing to grow in a partnership with Chequers Capital and is investing in unit hotels through a dedicated venture capital mutual fund.

The Group is constantly looking for hotels with the following features:

  • Mid-range (2* to 4* standard)
  • 45 to 100 rooms
  • In the centre of major French cities
  • Buildings & goodwill, or goodwill alone
  • With or without work
  • With or without a name brand

  • My Hotel In France Paris Tour Eiffel, a 3-star hotel with 51 rooms in the 16th arrondissement of Paris
  • Best Western Athénée, a 3-star hotel with 35 rooms in Toulouse
  • Best Western Hotel de France, a 3-star hotel with 66 rooms in Strasbourg
  • Park&Suites Paris Grande Bibliothèque, a 3-star hotel with 70 rooms in the 13th arrondissement of Paris
  • Le Clémenceau, a 2-star hotel with 45 rooms in Bordeaux
