New Hotel in Paris – March 2012
On the 28th of March 2012, the Group acquired Hôtel Calais Montmartre, a 3-star hotel with 40 rooms. The hotel is located a few minutes far from the Butte Montmartre.

On the 28th of March 2012, the Group acquired Grand Hôtel Montmartre, a 3-star hotel with 40 rooms. The hotel is located a few minutes far from the Butte Montmartre.
New hotel in Nice – November 2011
The 9th of November 2011, the Group acquired Hotel de Flore in Nice, a 3* hotel with 64 rooms. The hotel is located next to the Promenade des Anglais and to the sea.
New hotel in Lyon – March 2011
The 31rst of March 2011, the Group acquired Grand Hotel de La Paix in Lyon, a 3* hotel with 41 rooms. The hotel is very well situated, next to the Place Bellecour.
A fully renovated hotel in Bordeaux – February 2011
Hotel Clemenceau, purchased in August 2010, has been fully renovated. It reopened in February and is now called Cœur de City Hôtel Bordeaux Clémenceau. The hotel is very well situated, in the town center.
New hotel in Toulouse – November 2010
At the end of November 2010, the Group acquired Hotel Terminus in Toulouse, a 3* hotel with 61 rooms. The hotel ‘ll be renovated in coming months.
