- Upkeep of buildings/structures in compliance with leases
- Relations with the neighbours, the owners and the administration in the context of work to bring the property into compliance with regulatory standard

- Making changes, new social regulations and compliance
- Recruitment, integration and training for managers (directly, advertising, recruiting firms, interviews, etc.)
- Quarterly employee evaluations with a bonus system and individualised compensation
- Settling social disputes and litigation
- Proposals/decisions concerning sanctions, dismissal procedures and transactions
- Coordination meetings for the hotel management teams (once a month) and hotel team coordination (on-site meetings)
- Coordination when the hotel manager is absent (hotel supervision, delegation)
